As part of CA's on-going efforts to deliver the highest levels of customer service, we have developed a centralized technical support website called SupportConnectSM. SupportConnect is part of CustomerConnectSM- a family of 24x7, online customer service applications that enable you to access account, support and technical resources.In order to deliver high quality support online we will be consolidating the historic CA support websites and, as of April 15, 2004, Webtrack will no longer be available for use. We encourage you to take advantage of the many new facilities of SupportConnect for your technical support needs. Converting your Webtrack account is easy, please follow the instructions under Convert Existing Account after which your current email address will become your SupportConnect login id and your password will remain as is.

SupportConnect Highlights -
Support Solutions. This self-service area lets you
obtain information about your licensed CA products and CA’s support products.
It includes links to the Knowledge Base, FAQs,
Published Solutions, Compatibilities, Newsgroups and Hyper Subscriptions. -
Downloads. This area enables you to download
a variety of files and services, including license keys, certain CA products
and virus signatures. A recently introduced capability is the ability to view
or download all CA product documentation. -
Issue Management. This area is divided into two
sections – “Open an Issue” and “Browse/Update Issues.” It enables you to
communicate directly with CA about your licensed CA products. You can open
new technical issues for you licensed products, browse the issues already
opened for your site, and update any open issue by adding comments or
questions. -
News. This area includes links for
E-News and Product News. It allows you to keep pace with the industry, the
latest technology and CA’s products. Here you will find technical information
related to CA products , such as common issues experienced by other CA
customers, practical technical support information for our products, newly releases
patch files, service packs, corrective service disks (CSD’s),
virus signatures updates and product upgrades. -
Contact. This area connects you with CA
services people who will provide assistance if and when it is needed. It also
provides a forum for submitting your enhancement suggestions. This area is
divided into three sections: Suggestion Box, CA User Groups and Support
