Today, we are pleased to announce that Unicenter Service Catalog r11.2 and Unicenter Service Accounting r11.2 are now available. While each of these products is a standalone solution, they are also tightly integrated to run on a common database and provide a comprehensive service management solution. Ingres database is included, but with r11.2 Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle are also supported.
