Today, we are pleased to announce that Unicenter Service Desk r11.1 – gen level 0601, Unicenter Service Desk Knowledge Tools r11.1 – gen level 0601, and Unicenter Service Desk Dashboard r11.1 – gen level 0601 are now available for ordering. This release provides DBMS support for both Ingres and Microsoft SQL Server.
