*Please note when using Ingres 2.5 on multiple processors make sure the latest Ingres patches are installed.
*Please note the Administrative Client is used to connect to the Server that is running KT 6.0.
*Please note KT 6.0 supports Netscape 4.79, Netscape 7.0 and Mozilla 1.1 for the customer interface only.
*Windows 2003 is certified to work with SQL 2000 w/SP3 only. Please refer to the Knowledge Tools 6.0 Readme documentation for fine tuning IIS 6.0.
*When using Windows 2003 operating system, you have to do the following in order to upload files in KT 6.0: (IIS must be stopped before proceeding) Go to c:\windows\system32\inetsvr\metabase.xml, find the line "AspMaxRequestEntityAllowed" and change the value to "1073741824".
*If you are using the Oracle 9.2.0.1 client to connect to a remote Oracle Database refer to Oracle Metalink Article 215255.1 before using Knowledge Tools.
*Please note when using Macintosh make sure Patch QO48908 is installed on the Server where KT is installed.
