The new release of Unicenter Service Desk Dashboard r11.2/Gen Level 0611 includes localization for French, German and Japanese languages. This release works with the localized versions of Unicenter Service Desk and Unicenter Service Desk Knowledge Tools r11.1 and the upcoming localized r11.2 products (Scheduled for Q2 2007).

Unicenter Service Desk Dashboard provides near-instant visibility of critical service desk operational metrics.
