We are pleased to announce the availability of electronic versions of the localized release of Unicenter Service Desk r11.2 and Unicenter Service Desk Knowledge Tools r11.2 (Gen Level 0711). Electronic downloads of r11.2 are available in French, German, Italian, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese and Simplified Chinese.

These r11.2 language versions can be downloaded immediately from CA SupportConnect (supportconnect.ca.com) by searching for 'Unicenter Service Desk' from the Products Downloads page. Then by selecting the product titled 'Unicenter Service Desk Multiplatform - MULTI-PLATFORM 11.2 0711'. This product version will allow you to download any of the six language versions mentioned above. Once you choose this product download you will be presented with a readme that allows you to select which r11.2 language version you would like to download and install. Please note that the Unicenter Service Desk install also delivers Unicenter Service Desk Knowledge Tools, however the Knowledge Tools specific functionality will automatically turn off after 30 days if it is not properly licensed.

Note regarding electronic download of the Japanese localized version of r11.2:

CA is currently working through a known issue specifically for the r11.2 Japanese version. The issue relates to Unicenter Service Desk's integration with CA Workflow. CA highly recommends that Customers wait for a patch before downloading and installing the Japanese language version of r11.2. Once a patch is released, an updated download and announcement will be posted to SupportConnect.
