Update on Service Intelligence r11

Based on feedback from customers, CA has decided to merge Unicenter Service Intelligence into Unicenter Asset Intelligence with the goal of providing a consolidated cross product reporting tool for customers. By bringing these two products together, CA can provide the best solution for customers and establish a clear reporting vision for many Business Services Optimization (BSO) solutions. With the future offering of Asset Intelligence, customers will be able to utilize the CA Management Database (MDB) to aggregate data from a wide range of business processes, including Service Support, into a single management reporting tool. Because of this decision there will be no future development to the stand alone Unicenter Service Intelligence solution beyond Unicenter Service Intelligence r11.0, the currently available version. However customers that are currently using Unicenter Service Intelligence r11.0 will continue to be supported until two future versions of Unicenter Asset Intelligence are released.
