New Documentation for Unicenter Service Desk Knowledge Tools r11.2

Based on customer feedback and requests CA is pleased to announce that newly published documentation for Unicenter Service Desk Knowledge Tools is now available for download on SupportConnect. The Knowledge Tools r11.2 Administrator Guide covers managing a knowledge base and the knowledge lifecycle, creating and editing knowledge documents and knowledge trees and administering Knowledge Tools. Additionally the guide covers administering Keyword Search the search and retrieval tool included with Service Desk. The Knowledge Tools Administrator Guide is available for download from the Service Desk and Knowledge Tools product home pages under the Documentation/Manuals section.
