As a result of these efforts and in order to effectively support new technology, we are discontinuing support on Unicenter Service Desk Advanced Knowledge Tools Option version 1.0 (USDAKT05500) and Intelligent CRM Customer Intelligence, Versions 1.0 and 1.01 (CRMCI.05900). The effective date drop support date will be 1 year from the date of this letter.

We recommend that you upgrade to Unicenter ServicePlus Knowledge Tools v6.0 so that you can immediately take advantage of its new features and enhancements.
