CA is pleased to announce that testing has been successfully completed for Microsoft's latest version of Internet Explorer. Details regarding Service Desk and Knowledge Tools' support for IE 7.0 on Windows XP and Windows 2003 can be found in the certification matrices for versions 6.0 and r11.x at the bottom of the product home pages on SupportConnect.
