Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for purchasing the Unicenter Universal Job Management Agent r3.1, the solution which provides cross-platform scheduling capabilities to the various Computer Associates International, Inc. (CA) job managers by enabling them to schedule and track jobs across the wide range of platforms on which the Agent runs.

If you are installing the agent on OpenVMS Alpha, the installation program must be run from a temporary directory tree. Due to a problem creating the physical CDs, hyphens contained in a filename were inadvertently translated to underscores.

Use the following commands to create the temporary installation directory tree and run the installation program. Replace the italics with the appropriate values for your system and temporary directory.

$ create/directory temp_disk:[temp_directory.ENU.OPENVMS.UJMAGENT]
$ copy cdrom-device:[000000]SETUP_AXP.EXE;1 temp_disk:[temp_directory]
$ copy cdrom-device:[ENU.OPENVMS.UJMAGENT]*.*.0 temp_disk:[temp_directory.ENU.OPENVMS.UJMAGENT]
$ rename temp_disk:[temp_directory.ENU.OPENVMS.UJMAGENT]UJM_UNI_0000_040729_031.ZIP;1 UJM-UNI-0000-040729-031.ZIP;1
$ run temp_disk:[temp_directory]SETUP_AXP
