With the Unicenter TNG 2.4.2 for OpenVMS media its possible to do a fresh installation onto a clean system, to install Unicenter TNG 2.4.2 for OpenVMS over an existing Unicenter TNG 2.4 for OpenVMS installation, or to upgrade a system from Unicenter TNG 2.2 or 2.1.
