Dear Valued Customer:

Recently, Control-F1 Corporation was acquired by CA. The acquisition of the Control-F1 support automation solutions extends CA's leadership in the service management arena. This technology strengthens our unique ability to manage the entire lifecycle of a service and helps IT organizations improve service and manage costs.

Because customer satisfaction continues to be our top priority, we are writing today to tell you about an important change in the way we will be managing your future support issues. On May 1, 2006, case management for CA SupportBridge products (formerly Control-F1 SupportBridge) will be moving to CA's SupportConnect portal. The CA SupportConnect portal also offers a full range of customer support features, allowing you to:

  • Open and update technical support issues quickly and conveniently with Issue management
  • Quickly and easily find technical documents, FAQs, and solutions to technical problems using the new and robust Knowledge Base with natural language support
  • Download documentation and product updates
  • Access Hyper Solutions for emergency software fixes
  • Share best practices and troubleshoot problems with other support users using the Interactive newsgroups

To access SupportConnect, go to http://supportconnect.ca.com. Once there, you'll need to register on the site using your new CA site ID. That site ID is as follows:

From May 1st, the live Support "chat" feature will be temporarily unavailable whilst we transition from Control-F1 Corporation to CA Support. Also on this date Standard Support hours for CA SupportBridge will be 8:00 am to 6:00 pm eastern standard time, Monday to Friday.
