Today, we are pleased to announce that our CA SupportBridge Products r6.0 gen level 0701 are now available.

SupportBridge 6.0 improves the productivity and effectiveness of your IT service desk by diagnosing and repairing problems before they occur and empowering your end-users to solve their own problems. Using the new features included in version 6.0, administrators can reduce costs while improving end-user satisfaction more effectively than ever before.

New features for Live Automation include the following:

  • Automated Task Editor (Live Automation and Self Service Automation)
  • Automatically Run Automated Tasks
  • Data Routing Server Management
  • Message Push
  • Categories
  • Technician Log In/Out Status report

New features for Self Service Automation include the following:

  • Internationalized Self Service Automation
