CA is continually working to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. As a follow-up to our first letter regarding End of Life of CA SupportBridge Self-Healing Automation we would like to confirm that support for this product will be discontinued as of August 31, 2008 though CA will honor any contractual requirements to sustain support on defined products.

CA is committed to the concept of enabling proactive self-diagnosis and remediation on client workstations, and is presently gathering customer requirements in this area. This announcement drops support for CA Self-Healing Automation as part of CA SupportBridge only, and does not preclude the eventual release of similar functionality in the context of CA's Client Management Solution product set.
