Subject: End of Life Announcement for CA SupportBridge Self Healing Automation

CA is continually working to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. In order to focus our development efforts and to help our customer base achieve their strategic business initiatives, we are investing our resources in new technology and software and will be dropping support on CA SupportBridge Self Healing Automation. This means CA SupportBridge Self Healing Automation will no longer be enhanced and that maintenance and technical support will be discontinued within the next 12 months. However, CA will honor any contractual requirements to sustain support on defined products.

CA is committed to the concept of enabling proactive self-diagnosis and remediation on client workstations, and is presently gathering customer requirements in this area. This announcement drops support for CA Self Healing Automation as part of CA SupportBridge only, and does not preclude the eventual release of similar functionality in the context of CA's Client Management Solution product set.

We will be contacting you with more detailed information as well as the confirmed End of Life date for CA Self healing Automation. Until then, should you have any questions or concerns, please contact your local CA Account Manager or Support Availability Manager.
