Answer: BrightStor Arcserve was designed to be unobtrusive and to coexist with both CA and third party applications residing on the same box. As of the time of this FAQ, there was no known coexistence issues with any of the products listed above. No formal QA testing of has been done against any of the current versions of products listed above. If a problem should arise that relates to the coexistence of Arcserve and a third party product, CA support will work together with the vendor of the product to resolve the conflict to the best of our ability, without causing a detriment to the way other clients Arcserve.
