Important Security Notice for BrightStor ARCserve Backup for Laptops & Desktops

CA recently reported a potential vulnerability in BrightStor ARCserve Backup for Laptops & Desktops (the CA Protection Suite Desktop Backup component).

CA Protection Suites r3 ships the Server Supplement CD with the suites containing the Desktop Backup component.

CA Protection Suites r2/r2 SP1 users should download and apply this update on the server as well.

It should be applied to the server after installing the suite.

After downloading ServerSup.zip to the CA Protection Suite server, extract and run Setup.exe.
