On behalf of the CA team, we appreciate your business and the opportunity to deliver high-quality, innovative software and services. As a part of our regular product planning cycle we have reviewed the position of CA Output Management Document Viewer in the marketplace from both a sales and technology perspective. We have discovered that the value of the business tools to our existing and prospective customers for the CA Output Management Document Viewer product has declined significantly over the past few years. Functionally stabilizing a product means that there will be no new releases or further enhancements to this product. Provided on a Windows IIS platform, CA Output Management Web Viewer (formerly known as Unicenter OM Web Viewer) provides web browser access to documents that are stored in any CA Output Management repository.
