Please note that APAR QO84982 (CA-IDMS r16 SP2 and higher) and APAR QO84981 (CA-IDMS r15) may cause database corruption. The database corruption can occur if you have a database buffer with 2048 or more pages.

If you have not applied these APARs (QO84982 and QO84981), DO NOT APPLY THEM.

IF YOU HAVE APPLIED EITHER APAR, DO NOT SHUTDOWN YOUR SYSTEM OR TAKE ANY OTHER ACTION until you read Product Error Alerts QI86517 (r16) and QI86522 (r15) or contact Technical Support.
