Dear Valued CleverPathTM EUREKA:StrategyTM Customer: Here at Computer Associates, we are continually looking to improve our software and services to best meet the business needs of our customers. In order to effectively support the latest computing environments and those of the future, we must also discontinue support on some of the older releases.

Now that CleverPath EUREKA:Strategy 6.2 has been released, we will be dropping support for EUREKA:Strategy version 5.8 as of October 1, 2003. It is important that you understand what these support changes mean. Customers running EUREKA:Strategy 5.8 or earlier should upgrade to the latest release of CleverPath EUREKA:Strategy in order to continue receiving support. However, to ensure your upgrade is successful, CA will continue to provide telephone support to help customers upgrade their software.

We encourage you to upgrade to the latest release of CleverPath EUREKA:Strategy in order to ensure uninterrupted support for all your issues. To upgrade to CleverPath EUREKA:Strategy release 6.2, please call 1-800-841-8743 in North America or contact your local Customer Relationship Manager (CRM). If you are an international customer, please call your local Computer Associates office. In addition, please be sure to check out http://www.ca.com for additional information about the CleverPath product line.
