Single_Direction is reset to the default value of 1 further to applying QO85815

For customer who currently have single_direction=2 in their server.ini, after applying QO85815 single_direction= will be reverted back to its default value of 1. The implications of this are discussed in tech doc TEC414679. To change the value back to 2 please refer to the aforementioned tech doc.
