Remediation Procedure to Support Windows XP SP2

eTrust Secure Content Manager

Windows XP SP2 introduced a Windows Firewall component. By default the firewall is set to block ports that eTrust Secure Content Manager needs. We would recommend to perform the following:

The following programs need to be added to the firewall exceptions list:
