Ingres vulnerability announcement and how it relates to
CA Directory installations

Ingres Corp has today announced a number of vulnerabilities affecting versions of Ingres shipped with CA Directory - click here for details.

CA Directory r8.1.1115 (or latest r8.1 Service Release) includes the Ingres Corp fixes and any fresh install will address the stated Ingres vulnerabilities.

For any existing CA Directory 8.0 or CA Directory 8.0 SP1 installation using Ingres 2.6, please follow the Ingres Corp advice for Ingres 2.6.

For any existing CA Directory 8.1 installation using Ingres r3, please follow the Ingres Corp advice for Ingres r3.

Type "dxserver version" from a command line to verify the version of CA Directory you are using.
