Advantage™ VISION:Results® - Simplifying Coding Requirements for the CSV Function
Included among the many formats of data supported by Advantage VISION:Results are CSV files. CSV (Comma-separated values) is a tabular data format that has fields separated by the comma character and quoted by the double quote character.

As you may be aware, a call to CSVRSLT is required for each field you desire to add to your CSV file; as a result, a requirement for many fields could result in a somewhat long and verbose program. Do not, however, write off using CSVRSLT just yet. The use of CSV copy support routines, CSVWORK and CSVCALL, has made CSV conversion easier.

For more information on simplifying coding requirements on the CSV function, click here.
