General Information
Unicenter® CA-TPX™ Mixed Case Password Support - Correction
Now available via PTF - with the implementation of fixes TM5105L through TM5105Z - Unicenter CA-TPX is able to support the use of mixed-case passwords. This support will work for password verification at sign on time, as well as lock word verification when unlocking the terminal. It will work with Unicenter CA-TPX security and also all external security systems which support mixed-case passwords.

These fixes are available now and will also be delivered with the next release of Unicenter CA-TPX.

Unicenter® CA-TPX™ - Do You Know?
Do you know that Unicenter CA-TPX has an Option to Disallow users to Logoff with Active Sessions?

A new option prevents users from signing off Unicenter CA-TPX while they have active application sessions. When this option is set, users either must inactivate all sessions before signing off or receive a message asking whether they want their sessions inactivated. The administrator must activate this feature by setting an option in the System Options Table (SMRT) and in either the profile or user definition.

The operator can cancel a user even though this option is turned on.
