Unicenter® SOLVE:Access® Session Management - Do You Know?
Do you know that in Unicenter SOLVE:Access Session Management, in addition to the SYSPARMS TOSTART, TOTIME1, TOACT1, TOTIME2, and TOACT2 commands to time out all MAI sessions, you can enable session timeout by application using the DEFLOGON statement?

For more information, click here.

Do you know that in Unicenter SOLVE:Access Session Management that you can now customize the cursor behavior on the MAI Menu?

Out of the box, when a session is started using either the S or L lines command; and the user then jumps to the MAI menu, the cursor is restored to the command line position.

Because some customers have asked, we have provided a method of changing this behavior. Specifically, when a session is started using either the S or L line command; and the user then jumps to the MAI menu, the cursor will remain on the line of the session just started.

For this alternative MAI Menu cursor behavior, you will only need to do the following:
  1. Upgrade to SOLVE:Access Session Management Service Pack 1 and apply our NZ18502 APAR.
  2. Include the following at the end of you $ACINIT initialization procedure, but before the &END statement:
    &&000$MAICURS = YES
