Beta Program - Unicenter® NeuMICS® Resource Management r11 SP1 (PSP0504)
The next Unicenter NeuMICS Resource Management beta is scheduled to begin April 15, 2005. Candidates should be willing to communicate any concerns with the installation process, product documentation, or new product features.

Direct feedback from the Unicenter NeuMICS development team is provided to help answer any questions. This is a great opportunity for you to get early support for any new or updated product releases, and to try any new features. To find out more information or to register, click here.

SAS 9.1.3 Support
We are pleased to announce the availability of early support for SAS 9.1.3 in the Unicenter® NeuMICS® Resource Management product. This support will be provided upon request and requires the Unicenter NeuMICS product be at the r11 SP0 level. Due to a change in the SAS supplied AUTOCALL library from fixed block to variable blocked records, customers are referred to SAS usage note SN-012199. If interested, please contact Unicenter NeuMICS Customer Support and ask to be placed on the list of potential SAS 9.1.3 test sites.

Hyper Notifications
Are you aware of the latest hyper APARs?

Hyper solutions are those that are considered critical for the proper operation of your Computer Associates product. You can become more proactive with product maintenance by requesting automatic notification of hyper solutions for any or all of your licensed products. To register, log into ca.com/supportconnect and select "Hyper Subscriptions," found on the left side of the screen. You will receive an email notification of any future hyper solutions published for the products you selected within 24 hours of publication.

To review past hyper solutions, choose "Published Solutions" and check the Hyper Solutions Only box. The results can be narrowed down by component or service pack level. Remember to choose release 11.0 for Unicenter® NeuMICS® Resource Management unless you are at PSP0404 or below.
