Have You Joined the NetMaster® User Group?
What is the User Group?

The NetMaster User Group provides a forum for the exchange of knowledge, experiences, resources, and questions. This forum should help you realize and maximize the value of this powerful suite of network management products. At the request of the president, CA technical staff can be made available to discuss various topics and answer questions. The products discussed during these meetings include the following:
  • CA NetMaster® Network Management for TCP/IP
  • CA NetMaster® Network Management for SNA
  • CA NetMaster® Network Automation
  • CA NetMaster® File Transfer Management
  • CA NetSpy® Network Performance
We try to meet virtually (through a conference call) once a quarter. Meetings usually consist of a short presentation (by either CA staff or a user group member), followed by general discussions between members and CA staff.

Benefits of Being a User Group Member
  • Interaction with other customers (hear other experiences)
  • Interaction with CA staff (Technical Support and Development)
  • Input into Enhancement Requests
  • Discounts to CA WORLD®
