Unicenter® Asset Intelligence r11.2 Beta Open for Registration
Unicenter Asset Intelligence automatically converts raw asset data from Unicenter Asset Management into actionable intelligence so you can quickly and easily make informed business decisions about your IT assets. With complete and accurate IT asset information shown through an intuitive interface, Unicenter Asset Intelligence helps you pinpoint areas of concern and identify opportunities for increased efficiencies and cost savings.

What's New?

  • Service Intelligence: Unicenter Asset Intelligence now includes the information formerly provided from Unicenter® Service Intelligence. This allows both asset views and service desk views in a convenient, single interface.
  • Financial and Contractual Intelligence: Unicenter Asset Intelligence includes metrics and intelligence from Unicenter® Asset Portfolio Management, which provides contract and finance key performance indicators (KPIs) to extend decision support beyond operational intelligence.
  • Standardization View: Improves the uniformity of assets, and more uniformity makes an environment easier and less costly to maintain by uncover performance gaps, accelerating convergence of assets to a standard, moving away from costly vendor/hardware/software combinations. Avoid drift into costly configurations; enhance knowledge of costs and time to execute migrations, and more.

Unicenter Asset Intelligence Benefits:

Unicenter Asset Intelligence leverages existing asset and organizational information, then analyzes and stores this information in the CA Management Database (MDB). Unicenter Asset Intelligence conducts advanced analytics to pinpoint areas of concern and provide guidance for effective decision making. In mere minutes, Unicenter Asset Intelligence enables you to do what would normally take days of data collection, followed by days of analysis.

Asset Intelligence provides instant answers to important questions such as:

  • How many and what kind of IT assets do you have?
  • Which assets are unmanaged?
  • Where are these assets located and which departments are using them?
  • Which assets are underutilized and can be consolidated?
  • Which assets are running unsupported operating systems?
  • How has the enterprise changed from last month?

If you are interested in participating in this beta program, please access the beta site on SupportConnectSM for more information and to register.
