CA-File Master Release 2.3 Service Pack 0002
=============================================

CA-File Master (formerly Platinum's
TransCentury File Master) Release 2.3 is now
generally available. Current clients will
receive a three-part order form announcing
the new release. This form also announces
that support for releases 1.52 through 2.02
will continue through 4/1/2001.

=============================================
CA-SymDump/System Release 1.0 is Beta!
=============================================

CA-SymDump/System Release 1.0 is now in Beta
status. CA-SymDump/System provides comprehensive
abend diagnostic information for MVS system
abends in both test and production environments.
CA-SymDump/System automatically captures and
reports on all system dumps from any job, with
specific environmental information for MVS,
CICS, MQSeries, JES2, DB2, IMS, CA-Datacom,
and CA-Roscoe. Detailed reports, formatted
storage area, and formatted control blocks
help systems programmers quickly diagnose and
correct problems.

For more information or to trial
CA-SymDump/System, please contact your local
Computer Associates Client Relationship
Manager.

CA-DADS/Plus Running in CTS 1.3 with XPEDITER
=============================================

CA-DADS/Plus may experience ASRA abends in
programs DADSALOC, DADSLRP7, or DADSMNH1, or
experience PF3 and PF4 problems when running
on a CTS 1.3 system which have multiple TRUE's
active. For example, the use of CA-DADS/Plus
and the XPEDITER product in the same region
has caused these types of problems. The
problem is caused by the CICS COMMAREA length
field being incorrectly set to ZERO.
CICS TS 1.3 APAR UQ41490 will correct this
problem.
