One of the most powerful features in AllFusion ERwin Data Modeler is transforms. In AllFusion ERwin Data Modeler, a transform is a method by which you can apply a design layer decision and maintain a record of the design decision. For example, you can refine the physical model to improve query performance by applying a transform to two tables to create a single table. How to Generate *.csv Files Using AllFusion® ERwin® Data Modeler's Report Template Builder (RTB)
A common question asked is "how to generate comma-separated values (*.csv) report files using the AllFusion ERwin Data Modeler Report Template Builder (RTB)." Comma-delimited text will display in a spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel. Tab or space-delimited text will display in a text editor such as Microsoft Notepad.
