All clients outside of the United States and Canada should follow normal ordering procedures for their local country. Any questions should be directed to your local CA representative.

If you order a service pack - you will only be shipped the maintenance tape and cover letter.

If you order a full release - you will be shipped the maintenance tape, cover letter, documentation, LMP keys, etc.
