Last Updated: October 23, 2006

DSMInfo

The tool DSMInfo was built to collect a sufficient amount of diagnostic information from systems that have CA Unicenter DSM installed. Please run this tool each time you report an issue with CA Unicenter DSM. The data to be collected contains log files, system information, directory structures as well as registry and environment information. The collected data will end up in one .zip file.
