CA Betas

The CA Beta Program

(Guidelines for Participation)

  • Login to SupportConnect using a licensed Site ID account in order to register for betas.


  • Sign/Accept a CA formal Beta Non-Disclosure Agreement (this can be done by accepting the online approval or by signing the hard-copy agreement).


  • Install software and complete testing as soon as possible.


  • Report any defects found during beta testing.


  • Participate in conference calls or one-on-one calls, as scheduled.


  • Answer survey questions, as needed.


  • Provide feedback to development on reliability, stability, and readiness for the marketplace.


  • Provide feedback regarding product feature enhancements, documentation, and help systems.
