Important Notice

Dear Valued CA Customer,

The CA Threat Management team's first priority is providing you with comprehensive enterprise security solutions. We are committed to keeping your business running safe and secure.

The CA Threat Management team will be performing maintenance on the CA Threat 8.x License Server on December 19th and 20th. During this time the CA Threat 8.x License Server will be unavailable.

This means that:

  • Threat customers will not be able to register the following product license keys with CA during maintenance hours.


    • CA Integrated Threat Manager 8.0 and 8.1
    • CA Anti-Virus for the Enterprise 8.0 and 8.1
    • CA Anti-Spyware for the Enterprise 8.0 and 8.1


  • Product functionality will remain UNAFFECTED during this time.


  • Product license keys can be registered with CA upon completion of license server maintenance.

Maintenance Begin Date/Time: Wednesday December 19th @ 8:00 a.m. EST
Maintenance Complete Date/Time: Thursday December 20th @ 6:00 p.m. EST
