Dear Valued Client,

Computer Associates is continually striving to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. As we enhance functionality and embrace newer technologies it becomes necessary to discontinue support for some of our older product releases. We are continuing development of new releases of our Unicenter TNG® Advanced Help DeskTM Option, ServiceITTM Enterprise Edition (formerly Paradigm®) and Intelligent CRMTM Customer Service products.

Consequently, we will be discontinuing support for the following products effective February 20th, 2002.
  • Paradigm® Enterprise Edition version 4.0
  • Unicenter TNG® Advanced Help Desk™ Option version 4.0
To upgrade to Unicenter TNG® Advanced Help Desk™ Option 5.0, ServiceITTM Enterprise Edition 5.0 or Intelligent CRM™ Customer Service 5.0, please call 1-800-841-8743 in North America or contact your local Client Relationship Manager (CRM). If you are an international client, please call your local Computer Associates office. In addition, please be sure to check our website http://www.ca.com/solutions/enterprise/helpdesk for additional information about Computer Associates’ Service Desk product line.
